System/Administration/System Monitor does all of these except gnome version, which is in System/About Gnome

I'm of the opinion that an About screen should be simple. The System/About GNOME dialog gets this right. System/About Ubuntu opens up a yelp help window with a bunch of tabs and navigation buttons. This is in no way consistent. While the yelp page is informative, it is too much and it omits the system information the user is most likely looking for. I'd expect it to just include the information found under the "General" tab of System/Administration/System Monitor and maybe a "More Info" link to the yelp help window.
