Grub menu option for booting without acpi, apm. mce, etc...

Some people have problems with ubuntu because of buggy acpi inmplementaion in kernel/on motherboard. We should add option for booting withou acpi or, maybe add safe-mode option, what should boot system in X-vesa mode, without acpi, apm, mce, etc. that user could add this options permanently to grub-menu throught graphical configurator.
