  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - debian/control, debian/rules:
      + Add Apport hook.

vsftpd (3.0.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix Depends syntax in debian/tests/control.
  * Rewrite debian/vsftpd.bug-script to fix problems
    with attachments in bug reports (Closes: #809531).
  * debian/patches/0013-listen.patch: In vsftpd.conf, set listen_ipv6=NO,
    the default option from the vsftpd man page (Closes: #803999).
  * Add year 2016 to debian/copyright.
  * New debian/patches/0075-logfile.patch: Change mode for
    the log files to 0640.
  * Refresh debian/patches/0040-disable-anonymous.patch.
  * debian/watch: Bump version to 4 (no changes required).
