Comment 5 for bug 160862

This is still an issue in Ubuntu 8.04
I don't know what kind of information you miss, what has to be done is clear - ban re-creation of group 'admin' (this typically happens when you create a user 'admin') and the problem is fixed. Otherwise all users except root loose their admin rights, that is highly troublesome...
