Imageable area is wrong under cups 1.3.8 on intrepid.

page size: 209.9x297.0 (mm) -- should be 201.5x288.5 (mm)
lower-left: 0.0x0.0 (mm) -- should be 4.2x4.3mm
upper-right: 209.9x297.0 (mm) -- should be 205.7x292.8 (mm)
resolution: 720x720dpi -- should be 600x600dpi
