  * Bump debhelper compat to 13.
  * Don't override dh_auto_install.
  * Use autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild testsuite.

  * Add upstream patch to fix FTBFS with pybind 2.11.
    (closes: #1042292)
  * Update lintian overrides.
