popularity-contest 1.66ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

popularity-contest (1.66ubuntu1) bionic; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian Sid. Remaining changes:
    - Set debconf question priority from "high" to "medium".
    - Remove mail-transport-agent recommends.
    - Branding changes in the description and homepage.
    - Upload uncompressed reports and check for a server response of "Thanks".
    - Set submiturls to popcon.ubuntu.com.
    - Set email addresses to point to ubuntu.com.
    - Don't encrypt reports; the Ubuntu server doesn't handle that.

popularity-contest: Vote for your favourite packages automatically

The popularity-contest package sets up a cron job that will
periodically anonymously submit to the Ubuntu developers
statistics about the most used Ubuntu packages on this system.
 .
This information helps Ubuntu make decisions such as which packages
should go on the first CD. It also lets Ubuntu improve future versions
of the distribution so that the most popular packages are the ones which
are installed automatically for new users.
