    - Cleanups, leak fixes and fixes for reports from the Coverity checker
    - New function ORBit_get_giop_recv_limit(). Clients must be able to
      retrieve the maximum allowed GIOP receive limit.
    - Fixed Bug 'marshalling of void retval typecode generated by "imodule
      service" crashes'.
    - emit per interface enum for index of xyz_imethods[].

    - Emit exception for bad URL in string_to_object

    - bumped glib requirement.

    - 'updated', had to write the Makefile.in by hand, because upstream's
      buildsystem was broken.
