Comment 16 for bug 12893

I am all for bypassing the recycle bin on removable drives, though it seems like a bit of a deviation from how things work elsewhere (I don't know aboyt network drives or other not-always-available storage).

How about different delete file dialog box for removable drives with an checkbox for "Bypass the recycle bin for delated files on removable devices" so users can choose their preferred behaviour.
