I would at least suggest the way, that everyone can choose to have a trash or not have a trash on removable devices.

If it's so hard to implement this, then at least ASK the user when ejecting, if one wants to empty the trash.
Or... if the user wants to copy files on the removable device and there is not enough space, because of the files in the trash, then ASK, if trash should be opened.
