  * debian/patches/skip-failing-package-tests.patch
    - Skip check(26, MultiplierIdeals); it has been failing with the latest
      release of singular, preventing both packages from migrating to
      testing.
  * debian/scripts/Debian.m2
    - Update skipTestHelper for latest release.
