  * debian/lxc.apparmor: allow write under /sys/fs/cgroup  (LP: #924281)
  * remove 0032-refuse-console.patch.  We'll need to fix the core of the
    problem, likely in lxc-start.  But /dev/tty is ok for container to
    access.
