Either I did something wrong, or it doesn't work for me. I followed these steps:
$ sudo apt-add-repository -p proposed
$ sudo apt install linux-raspi
uname -a output:
Linux ubuntu 5.13.0-1010-raspi #11-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT Thu Oct 28 08:32:52 UTC 2021 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux
After the rainbow splash, cursor blinking waiting for boot the screen goes black and shows no signal.
