Comment 32 for bug 231060

The proposed package (specifically the postrm) breaks Policy - you're unconditionally removing a conffile on upgrade/removal/etc which will destroy any user changes.

Additionally, I'd like to know what the likely impact of adding bind-interfaces to dnsmasq is on users. What (if anything) will break on users' systems?
