    - Add myself to Uploaders 
    - Bump Build Dependendency on quilt to (>= 0.46-7) to be able to use
      --with quilt with debhelper (>= 7.0.8).
    - Bumps Standards-Version to 3.8.2 (no changes)
  * debian/rules: Minimize the rules file using tiny schema. 
  * debian/copyright: Update for debian/* packaging.
