  * Add liblocale-gettext-perl to Build-Depends-Indep: Fix FTBFS (LP:
    #179599). From Marco Rodrigues.
  * Remove XS- prefix from Vcs-* fields. dpkg supports them now.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3 (no changes)
  * Build.PL: set create_packlist to 0 to avoid .packlist installation
