  * New upstream release.
  * Update debian/copyright:
    + Update copyright year to 2003
    + Cosmetic changes (syntactic sugar).
  * Correct debian/watch.
  * Build-depend on libtest-pod-perl to complete more tests (since
    build-recommends is not supported...).
