  * Removed SHLVL increment from example.kshrc as it was doubling increment
  * Rewrote setenv() in example.kshrc (Closes: #792733)
  * Reviewed copyright file and added license-reconcile config
  * Changed default fc editor to ex (Closes: #633524)
