Graphics boo-boo with hwdb collection

I've attached a screenshot that shows a small alignment problem with the
graphics module of the hwdb collector. The refresh rate is covered by a line.
Also, I would recommend a way for the hwdb-client to test 3d graphics support.
I still cannot get ATI fglrx 3d support to work with my AMD64 laptop. Mesa
libs seem to work fine, but proprietary ATI drivers appear to have problems.
I've used synaptic to obtain the restricted modules...do I need to install them
or is synaptic supposed to complete installation and setup?
