  * New upstream release.
  * debian/patches/texinfo-7.patch: Delete; merged upstream.
  * debian/patches/texinfo-7.1.patch: Likewise.
  * debian/patches/GNUstep-reset.sh: New; fix FTBFS.
  * debian/control (Uploaders): Change Gürkan's name to Alex.
    (Build-Depends): Replace pkg-config with pkgconf.
    (Standards-Version): Bump to 4.7.0; no changes needed.
  * debian/copyright: Update copyright years.
