  * New upstream development release
  * Drop obsolete Build-Depends on gnome-common & intltool (Closes: #829843)
  * Bump minimum libwebkit2gtk4.0-dev to 2.12.0
  * Build-Depend on autoconf-archive
  * Drop telepathy support. It will be completely removed in 3.29 anyway.
  * Update symbols for removed "private" backend symbols
