  * debian/copyright: Update for FreeType 2.13.3 and 2024.
  * debian/patches:
    + ftoption.patch: Refresh due to upstream changes.
    + hide-donations-information.patch: Update description.
  * debian/tests/control: Depend on pkgconf instead of pkg-config.
