  [ Samuel Thibault ]
  * Play cat and mice again with lintian warning suppression
  * control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.0 (no change)

  [ Debian Janitor ]
  * Fix field name case in debian/control (Multi-arch => Multi-Arch).
  * Remove constraints unnecessary since buster:
    + Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on texinfo.
  * Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13.
  * Update standards version to 4.5.1, no changes needed.

flite1-dev: Small run-time speech synthesis engine - development files

 Flite is a small fast run-time speech synthesis engine. It is the
 latest addition to the suite of free software synthesis tools
 including University of Edinburgh's Festival Speech Synthesis System
 and Carnegie Mellon University's FestVox project, tools, scripts and
 documentation for building synthetic voices. However, flite itself
 does not require either of these systems to run.

 and header files.
