  * Non-maintainer upload with approval from maintainer
  * Reformat debian/control description to avoid initial '.' which may
    cause parsing problems (Closes: #120958)
  * debian/control: short description doesn't need trailing '.'
  * Added Build-Depends (Closes: #168387)
  * debian/rules: comment out dh_testversion (deprecated)
  * debian/postinst: no longer need to set /usr/doc -> /usr/share/doc link.
