Change log for dash package in Ubuntu

dash (0.4.26-3) unstable; urgency=low


  * apply patch approved by upstream:
    * error.c, error.h, mystring.c, mystring.h, bltin/printf.c: optionally
      compile with the diet libc.
  * debian/README.Debian.diet, debian/dash.docs: new; how to build dash
    with the diet libc.
  * debian/rules: support "diet" in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS to easily build the
    packages with the diet libc instead of glibc.
