  * Add a trivial git-buildpackage config file.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.0 with no changes.
  * Mark the /lib64 directory as optional in the danted service file.
    Closes: #932169
  * Mark the adequate test as superficial.
  * Correct another typographical error.
