The stacktrace does not show anything, so pretty difficult to find out anything.

Jeremy, can you install this version and check if it works (when you have time). I see there is a duplicate bug filed by you a few months back.

0.9.5 does not have Diagnostic Privacy tab because it is broken in 0.9.5 (will be hopefully fixed in 0.9.6)
