Integration of gnome-look.org (gnome themes)

Registered by mogli

As seen at KDE SC 4, it would be nice if Ubuntu-Tweak could integrat the API of gnome-look.org to install new themes, icons and wallpapers without opening a web browser (This is useful if you've got a slow internet connection and you don't want to load every page, but only the screenshot and the summary of a theme or something else). KDE SC 4.x has got a nice desktop integration of it, so why should Gnome not have such a feature, too?
