  * New upstream release.
  * Add ${misc:Depends} to libxmu-headers.
  * Use /usr/share/quilt/quilt.make instead of xsfbs for patching.
  * Add build-{arch,indep} debian/rules targets.
  * Bump debhelper compat level from 5 to 7.
