Idea Wiki

Many ideas submitted to brainstorm are roughly written and sometimes unclear as to the intent, advantages, and disadvantages of the idea. To refine the idea, a simple wiki system could be implemented to modify the ideas. One obvious concern for this system is sabotaging popular ideas by rewritting them into completely different ideas. To combat this, an approval system could be set in place requiring the admins to approve modification, or better yet, a voting system could be created which allows the community to vote for the modifications and after a certain number votes and percentage approval, the modification could automatically be committed.
