Have a selection menu in the mobile images, similar to the CD bootmenu

With the merge of UMPC and netbook flavours into one image a bootmenu should be established similar to the gfxboot menu on the Ubuntu LiveCDs so the user can select the desired target flavour for installation instead of having to download multiple images.
The MID flavour would benefit from options to select language, verify media, memtest (?) and an option to install without live session.
