Migration of wiki to our own website
Migration of everything except Meeting information to ubuntu-manual.org
By the time Maverick rolls around, the website should be fully functional as the only thing *customers* will see. The wiki can still serve as an area for organizing meetings, but it has to be internal only.

[4] Make sure people go to the right place, so readers go to the website to find information about the end product, and team members go to the wiki to see information about meetings and research results, etc.
