The goals of Ubuntu-be are not visible enough

The goals of Ubuntu-be are not enough accentuated on the site. The pagelink "Goals" is at the end of the row. From my point of view it makes more sense to place te "Goals" pagelink after the "Welcome" pagelink. Another possibility is that the content of the "Goals" page becomes integrated in the "Welcome" page.
