Create an inactive user deletion script
x years after inactivity, the user's account (and domain) must be completely erased. This will ensure that "unused" or "extremely rarely" used subdomains take "nice" names and prevent others (possibly "good" users) from taking them.

A good idea for this would be to run a nightly cron job looking for directories that havent been touched for x amount of months

Perhaps a log should be kept of users deleted?

Or maybe sites not accessed by X people in X months would be deleted. A site could have a lot of visitors, without the sites content actually being changed.

I prefer that the user deletion policy should take only time of inactivity into account. I may have 0 visitors on my web page, but still be able to upload new data, that some day in the future might be accessed.
