Creation of a database within the host

In order to function properly, certain software (like blogs, forums etc.) require an existing database. There must exist an easy and straightforward way for the user to create and setup such databases. This could be achieved in the user panel, available when logging in the host. Of course, the number of total databases will be limited, as specified in the previous discussions (3).
