Implement a ContentProvider

Registered by Nicholas Tollervey

Within Android, "ContentProviders" provide content to applications. A content provider is used to share data between multiple applications and we'd like other third-party applications to be able to (re)use our code for connecting to FluidDB. Ergo, creating a FluidDBContentProvider is an essential first step for both the Ubiq application and adoption of FluidDB as a data-store on Android.
