Rebase U-Boot-Linaro against the U-Boot 2012.04 release
U-Boot will have the 2012.04 stable release out during April. This blueprint is to track the needed work to rebase the current u-boot-linaro tree on top of the released u-boot one.

[jcrigby 4 Apr 2012] looks ok, added a couple of WIs for finer grain implementation.
[jcrigby 12 Apr 2012] rebase done, no problems so far.
[jcrigby 19 Apr 2012] rebased to v2012.04-rc3 and tested on panda and beagle xM. Worked after reverting a patch that seems to break fdt support on panda. Beagle worked after reverting the usual cache patch that has plagued us for months. 2012.04 release will happen today, any bugs found will be fixed in an update.
[jcrigby 23 Apr 2012] Late release today due to being away, testing prior to release was only on omap[34] and vexpress.
