Transparent client API

The client API should have a way of dealing with resource servers so that it appears that we're just making plain old requests.
This means:
- people don't deal with credentials manually
- specifically, people don't deal with the "refresh token to access token and back again" cycle
This should mimic t.w.c.Agent as much as possible.
