Networking for Python-on-a-Chip

Currently, the Python-on-a-Chip project does not support networking. The reference platform for P-o-a-Ch is the mbed controller. Project lead Dean Hall provided the following information about the physical network layer that comes with the controller:
* The PHY is a Nat Semi DP83848 PHYTER (don't know which submodel).
* There are 3 mbed cookbook recipes demonstrating ethernet (one uses the lwip stack).
* I do not know if PyMite can serve callback functions for ethernet; by that I mean if PyMite can meet any timing requirements. But with PyMite's Native Function capability, PyMite can call any C function.
