Remove local tweet cache

It would be better to remove the local cache (the .xml file) and just fetch the tweets on demand from twitter.com as the cache may get outdated and it makes the start up for the app longer as it parses the whole file.

As the crashing bug (#407703) is directly related to the cache fixing the bug in that code just to remove the code altogether later would be a waste of time, I decided to push this blueprint for 0.8.
