There will be a sidebar showing all followed twiterers, as well as a header to specify individual or global settings. If global is checked, all selected twiterers will inherit the global setting. Chats of selected twiterers will be displayed. Settings will be for "show/hide @tweets to this twiterer from unselected twiterers", "show/hide @tweets from this twiterer to unselected twiterers", "show/hide @tweets from this twiterer to unfollowed twiterers"
