Method for displaying tweets by date/time

There will be two top-level options: Selected time-frame (default), and complete history (no filtering based on date/time at all).
Under selected time-frame, there will be a "from" and a "to" field. The default for "from" will be the date and time (to the minute) that Tweek was last launched (or last restored from task bar? or last minimized to task bar?) and the default for "to" will be "now". The "from" time will round to the beginning of the minute, and the "to" time will round to the end of the minute (i.e. from 3:50 to 3:50 will display a full 60 seconds worth of tweets)
