Integrate TuXtremSplit to GNOME

Integrate TuXtremSplit in GNOME. It means:
- add a button "Join xtm files" in Nautilus when the current opened folder contains xtm files
- add an entry in the mouse right click menu "Split now"
- when double clicking on a .xxx.xtm file (xxx means the part number) launch joining file in the same place
