We need to be sure that we support postgres and any other production grade database in Tuskar. This likely means running unit tests periodically against PostGres and Mysql.

One suggestion could be to ask everyone using Tuskar to configure tuskar and tuskar tests to use a production grade database (rather that sqlite). This should catch any bugs that filter through the database abstraction layer (SQLAlchemy).

We should also set up Jenkins to run against postgres and/or mysql.

devstack-gate has a modular interface - see the solum project for an example - use that to get automatic tempest testing with MySQL, and write tempest tests. - I suggest making an etherpad for this and using that to collate details that will be needed.

Whiteboard

Is it still actual? Seeps to be, that database can be removed from Tuskar in Juno. See https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/TripleO/TuskarJunoPlanning#Overcloud_Planning_and_Deployment
