Add Node resource to the API

We need to work on the level of nodes and therefore we need a Node to be a separate resource. Supporting wireframes for figuring out proper attributes will be added to Whiteboard.

This is too fine grained: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Blueprints - blueprints are for significant features (vs the individual steps in planning things where etherpad is great)
