Create architecture diagram for current tuskar version

We've had one or two people asking for a high level architecture diagram to show how the various tuskar components fit together. We should add this diagram and high level explanation to the documentation.

Completely agree, but this is really just a bug -
This is too fine grained: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Blueprints - blueprints are for significant features (vs the individual steps in planning things where etherpad is great)
