As a developer of Tuskar I would like baremetal nodes to be identified in a rack using host aggregates and flavors as opposed to our current method of using force_nodes

context: right now we use force_nodes as parameter to nova baremetal (undercloud) to put the compute image on the overcloud compute nodes. we use host aggregates so that when user launches a vm it gets launched on one of the nodes in the compute resource class.)
