VMware server is proprietary and as such can't be included in TKL. But VirtualBox is available in an open source version. Rik has created a TKLPatch for a Headless VirtualBox server. See here: http://www.turnkeylinux.org/forum/general/20110212/tklpatch-virtualbox-headless
