I am working on a Bind9 DNS server under Turnkey, from the core turnkey installer I've done:

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get install bind9 dnsutils resolvconf bind9-doc
apt-get install webmin-bind8

Then I using this URL(http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_ubuntu_6.10_p4) set it up for chroot, then made a couple extra changes to webmin to accomodate chroot (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=318524)
