TKL Hub support for alternative VPS/Cloud providers (ie other than AWS)

Currently the Hub only supports AWS. Since the Hubs inception many have asked for support for other providers so I thought it was time to register this as a blueprint. With so many different VPS providers all using different backend technology and APIs, this is a complex and challenging thing to do so no doubt won't happen any time soon. However, with the growth of OpenStack, perhaps it may be a more realistic possibility sometime on the future.
